"I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible office staff and no one (not even MY DOCTOR) knows anything. Gaslighting at its finest; trying to make me think I'm making things up. Admitted to L&D yesterday and my doctor came and told me she's putting me on bedrest. No doctors note or anything just the discharge papers. She ordered 24 hour urine test, go to turn it into the lab and they tell me they don't have any orders for it. Go upstairs to my doctors office to get an excuse and they act all sorts of confused. Some lady came out (never have seen her before) and says she called my doctor on her day off to get me a return to work slip. Then says Dr. Lady hasn't received my FMLA paperwork yet. Girrrrrllllll that's a whole other story! I already turned it in and she had returned it to me already! DO NOT GO HERE! I'm contemplating switching OBs in my third trimester. I'm so done with them! UPDATE: I've recently downloaded the hospitals app and realized that I have been considered a "high risk" pregnancy since way back in April, and I just found out a few weeks ago when it showed up on my FMLA paperwork. Further Update: I had my son in November at 36 weeks with a different doctor. I have been receiving multiple bills from caring for women and I already paid my bill for the pregnancy. I finally had time to call today and apparently I have a credit on my account with them, but still getting bills?! Talked to Kamron (not sure of spelling, but very polite and understanding) from billing office and it'll be 15-30 business days for an account review. DONT GO HERE!!"

"Dr. Bell is truly amazing, she has been my OB for my last two pregnancies and even though I had some complications she was with me every step of the way, She is very very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. Even though Dr. Bell is great and I would have loved to give 5 stars, some of the staff are rude and unprofessional and almost cost me my life being I had a blood clot in my lungs that I didn’t know about until a week after my original appt due to the MA cancelling my appointment without telling me and pretty much kicked me out there office when I was trying to understand the reason of my appt being cancelled without my knowledge. But despite the incompetence I experienced from the staff I would still refer her office 100x because she is indeed great at what she does."

"Five stars aren't enough to express how grateful I am to Caring for Women in Lewisville, especially to Amber, the manager. As a soon-to-be mom, I faced a tough battle with my insurance (Ambetter) for the past 3 months, right from when I discovered I was pregnant. It was a stressful time, but Amber stepped in like a superhero. She not only navigated through the insurance maze but also ensured I could see Dr. Dixit for my prenatal care. It's hard to put into words how much this means to me. I'm now receiving excellent care and can focus on the excitement of pregnancy, thanks to their incredible support. A huge thank you to the entire team!"

"Im about to file a complaint here with the medical review board. They do not keep up with their paperwork here. They are late to refill prescriptions despite saying they sent them in when you were in the office. If that isnt bad enough I have been waiting on test results for a routine urinalysis for 5 days now and they have not gotten back to me. Every time I call I am either on hold. The one time I finally get a person on the other end I am told to just wait for the doctor to call despite it being over a week since I was there. I understand it was a holiday weekend however it does not take 7 days for a lab to test urine. It is at most 3 days. Also the manager extension provided to other people on the reviews here just goes straight to voicemail."
