"Staff in back office was short tempered, rude, and did not ask nor listen to patient complaints. We were told they couldn’t get scans from hospital then doctor completely contradictory diagnosis to er and consulted ortho in er. Now we’re having to figure out what is correct and what is wrong. SO frustrating"
"It was very easy to get scheduled with Orthopedic Associates. Dr. Singhal was very patient with my shoulder issues. I liked that he wanted to try other options before surgery. In the end we had to do surgery and was able to do it at their new facility in Flower Mound. The staff, nurses and Dr. Singhal were all amazing. Our entire family goes to Orthopedic Associates and will continue to see them."
"2 experiences. 2007 with a broken ankle. Never saw an m.d. During the entire course of treatment. Always saw a p.a. even when I requested appt. with an m.d. during the 6 weeks of treatment. 2017 with a workman's comp. claim. Called at 9:00AM on a Thursday for appt. Was told they'd get back with me. Called 2 more times to see about same day appt. Elizabeth finally called at 4:00PM to say they could not see me until Monday - inexcusable. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone. Bad - stay away!!!"
