"Staff is great. Dr is great. Facility is total crap. Behind the waiting room it is more noisy than a hockey game. No privacy. You have to yell to talk to the nurses."

"I've had very intense severe back pain and leg pain due to a disk herniation that pinched a nerve. We did have to wait a little bit to be taken in. They needed a pee specimen however I get dehydrated very easily and I followed the rules of not eating or drinking for 8 hours. I wish at least I drank some water to help the process along. But I could not pee. I tried 3 times before they set me up to an IV fluids and I kept trying throughout the whole time. They were going to reschedule me for another day which was a hazard on me and my family because my uncle had taken the day off to take care of me afterwards. So he would of had to take another day off. So before they had me leave I asked to try one last time and was able to get a few drops. I was so relieved but because of that it was a 2 hour delay. I felt like because of the delay they kind of rushed on me and when I finally was able to start the procedure they gave me the anesthesia but the next moment they injected me so I felt all of it and the anesthesia didn't kick until a little bit afterwards. That is honestly the only reason I didn't give them five stars. Even though I did feel the injection it honestly wasn't that bad. On the bright note the nurses were very caring and dedicated to making you as comfortable as possible. I sat around for 2 hours watching them and were amazed. I thought all of them were being like super woman. They never stood still and they were always helping their patients as the best way possible before and after the procedure. That is why I gave this place 4 stars. A particular nurse Tanisha was just awesome even though I was upset I couldn't go and might have to reschedule she was bright and bubbly the whole time and lifted up my spirits. She has a great personality and I've always hated needles especially for IV I've always struggled with them but when she did it I didn't even feel it and talked to me the whole way through and calmed my nervousness. She is a Rockstar. However, when I was sitting there for a 2 hours they seem to roll patients in and out very quickly of the procedure room which made me very nervous. I felt like there were a lot of people scheduled for a short amount of time. Afterwards, I did get some pain relief. It didn't all go away but Dr. Vera explained that to me and that I would need a second injection which we scheduled. I do plan on getting my second injection also with them. Overall I had a good experience."

"My mom has chronic back pain that is being treated conservatively for a number of years. When her back "goes out", it is a painful painful experience with the last one being the worst. She was treated in the ER, made an appointment next day with her back specialist and had testing done. Her specialist called her pain management doctor to work her in for spinal injections. The appointment is set up, work details worked out and at 5 pm she gets a call that because she has Tricare SECONDARY insurance she cannot be seen Friday. Instead she can wait three days, in pain, to get seen at another clinic where her pain doctor works on Monday. How can this be that someone can have too much insurance?????? Her primary insurance is BCBS, and my parents agreed to pay any copay that would be submitted to TriCare. But that doesn't work either. So the final result of this is my mom remains unseen, my parents are penalized because my dad served 20 years in the military so this country can still enjoy its freedoms, what is left of them, and I cannot believe that Select Pain has done all they possibly can do to service my mom and the community. Shame on them."

"Have been here several times now for cervical and lumbar injections. I have not had a bad experience other than the wait time has varied for each visit. Staff is personable and procedure is quick. Have had some relief with each injection."

"Best side manner is top notch! Southern hospitality second to none. The staff was very caring and on the ball. I will definitely be getting all my epidural injections done here. Dr. Vera is excellent."
