"You have to make a visit every 3 months to stay in the loop with the doctor so you're paying every 3 months to see a doctor whether you need it or not. If you are paying cash make sure you keep your receipts cuz they may double charge you like they're doing us right now. Don't expect to fill any refills if you haven't been there within the 3 months time because it's not happening if she hasn't seen you. They just lost six clients to being greedy."
