The amount of time this chick spends responding to reviews rather than cleaning her facility and training her team is beyond me. Everyone reading this please beware - DO NOT GO HERE. Original review posted below: Not for me. Customer service was just okay. The place smelled bad and wasn't as clean as it should be. The vet tech was not knowledgeable and super awkward around my dog who was already anxious. The doctor confused a literal brown fur spot on my pup's back for a lick spot - I don't even think it's possible for her to lick that part of her back? So yikes, that's embarrassing. I was the only customer in the clinic besides one other girl (who was crying her eyes out after leaving one of several exam rooms), but for some reason I didn't get seen until almost an hour past my appointment time. I'm all for keeping my pup up-to-date and healthy (she's only 3 by the way and has never had such a problematic visit), but these guys were definitely looking for problems to rack up my bill. I went in for a rabies shot and I left with a $500 bill. I don't know what the heck they're doing up there, but I don't trust it and I will never go back."

"My very best friend in life, my one and only experience in unconditional love; gone entirely too soon, but at least they were able to ease her pain. I’m far from a doctor, and no matter how much of my heart just wanted her to be better (even if that meant she was no more in this physical world) I would have liked to have had a more straight to the point, clear cut answer from the very beginning of the visit. Any hope of understanding something such as euthanasia if you’ve never experienced what it’s like, was beyond my level of comprehension. I know that when she lifted her head for the first time the entire time we were there, after the medication had begun to be administered, I was was confused, and asked what was happening. The doctor said she was feeling it, then she laid her head down and that was it. I was literally unsure what to think, how to feel…. The doctor finally told me that I had made the right decision. THAT! is what I needed to know from the beginning, but am so grateful to have gotten it at all. I don’t believe in cremation. It’s a personal choice for me, and I felt like the blue heavy plastic trash bag full of air and my baby, cinched with a zip tie at the top….. I didn’t care for that in the least."
