"Professional and easy to book. All of the team members were caring and thorough. The providers don’t just rush through, they do a very detailed assessment. Anyone can diagnose the flu. This provider listened front, back, upper and lower multiple times, ordered a chest X-ray and found pneumonia. Explained everything in simple terms and had me come back for a follow up in 2 days. Did the same for my husband a few years ago with COVID. Highly recommend."

"Had a late night/late hour medical need. (Wanted to rule out the possibility of strep throat after experiencing heightened pain, and I decided to bite the bullet and get checked out.) The staff and team were very efficient. As soon as the appointment was booked online within seconds, I received a call asking if I could come in as they would be ready to begin the check-in process. I explained that I was quite a ways away thinking I had a little bit more “idle” time before receiving a call. They actually waited for me to arrive, as I was maybe 10 to 15 minutes before closing hour. As a result, I was unable to complete the online check in process since I was driving to beat the closing time. Even though I was the last patient seen that evening, they were not rushed to assess and treat me. (And the young lady named Tay went over and above with an additional need not originally discussed to ensure I was my best self.) I’ve been to various locations and understand service can vary based on each site. For this visit, I am giving them high marks."
