The receptionist worked to get my insurance verified before the appointments in a very timely manner , so I knew what to expect.It was very pleasant experience. So glad I choose this office."

Dr Robert has never made me feel rushed or silly about concerns I discussed with him. He listened and was patient. He let me be a part of the care process always giving me several options from more whole natural remedies to pharmaceutical interventions when needed. As a mom, I felt heard. As a professional, he is wise and educated and shares his knowledge in a humble manner. He also asked for knowledge in areas he was not the expert in and listened to other professionals. "This is a great practice! We have used Dr. Scott for seven years now and have never been disappointed. He is direct and to the point, which I appreciate. He doesn't pressure you on medicines or flu shots but will let you know what he thinks is the best course of action. We have seen Mindy many times as well. Probably half the time, we see her if we're trying to fit in a sick visit. I have always been impressed that that they can get us in. Mindy is kind and thorough and readily answers questions. The reception staff has always been friendly and quick. Regrettably, we do not know the nurses by name but they are very professional and courteous. Our friends see Dr. Robert and are extremely satisfied with him."
