"Dr Anna was great! She helped me quick and answered every question I had. However I was supposed to have a telephone follow up and never had one but it was entered online I did? When I called to ask about it the lady said my voicemail isn’t set up but they called and I never answered, I’ve been home near my phone all day and nothing? Looking at my call log and sure enough nothing. Then when I get on the phone with the nurse she is rushing to get off the phone with me, I’m explaining I’ve been taking my medicine as the bottle says and I still finished it and she says nothing they can do and to look for over the counter and then says ok bye! As if I was finished. I told her she was rude and hung up because if I had any other questions it was clear they wouldn’t get answered. Moral of the story. Dr Anna will help you but after you see her your on your own until you get worse and have to go elsewhere."
"I have been to this clinic on several occasions for different issues. Each time I was seen quickly and the doctors and staff are attentive , knowledgeable and caring. I won’t go anywhere else for urgent care."
"This is the WRONG place to go for urgent care. The doctor didn't take time to thoroughly investigate my symptoms. He was in the room less than a minute. He diagnosed me based off of "What's going around". The meds he prescribed didn't work, it calmed the symptoms down but they flared back up. I requested a refill on my meds but was denied and told I had to go back in for another visit. Which means I would have to pay another copay, on top of paying for any new prescriptions. Seems like they prescribe the wrong meds just to have you come back and spend more money. There is a reason why they have a low review score. This place sucks. DONT GO!"
"In June 2023 I had rectal surgery. I developed a sinus infection and this establishment refused to treat me stating it was rectal related. November 2023 I had severe sciatica. I went to this establishment and was prescribed two prescriptions. I cannot take because of a Kidney issue, so I had to throw it in the trash. The next day I went in with a sinus infection. I was given an antibiotic and some cough medicine. After three days it had not cleared and I called their office only to be told that I needed to go to the emergency room that they were not equipped to deal with me. I will never go back to a Methodist urgent care for any reason. If I could give zero stars, I would."
