Therapy Excellence

"Not only do they work with what you're there for therapy for, but they get to know you as a human being! Like 1 time I was there and I got dizzy, and Stormie asked me when did I notice that happening. I told her that I did notice it when I'm first getting out of bed, and she suggested that I keep a snack nearby, and before getting out of bed, to snack on it, we also discussed my eating habits, and she said that even if I only eat one meal a day, that it must be a balanced meal. I started doing both these things everyday, and I told her so at my next visit. She actually thanked me for taking her suggestions and doing them, and that over time I would begin to feel better, or at least not getting dizzy. The work on my balance issue is still a work in progress, but even though they want you to do a certain amount of exercises per visit, if you're having a bad day at it, they let you end the day early. They want you to push yourself, but not to the point that you can't function after the therapy. Every single one of them has a smile for you, even though you only work with one of them. They're a wonderful group of human beings, working to make broken human beings whole again! And, this is actually my 2nd go round with Therapy Excellence and Stormie, the 1st time being for 1 of my hands and this time for my balance. She and Therapy Excellence really motivated me the 1st go round, and this time we're all trying to keep me out of surgery for the time being."
