Best Choice Medical Clinic

"I am only on one prescription, birth control which should be free with insurance. I do not have any preexisting conditions and had a full biometric screening and pap completed prior to being seen at this office. I requested a refill good through the year during my office visit as I have no medical needs. Doctor Guillermo Fuentes denied this request and said all I would need to do is call for a refill. When I called I was told I would receive a call back. When I did not get a call back I called again to have the rude receptionist say they already sent it. The issue was that it was sent to the wrong pharmacy which if she stopped talking over me she may have been able to assist with. I know CVS and Walmart sound alike but my preference is for things to go where I request. The next refill caused a payment due to a shift with insurance rules. We were made to use mail order to continue to get the medication for free. I immediately called to get set up. Express Scripts faxed the office and got a denial because I "need to be seen". I called the office to see what I need to be seen for on a Friday. I was told that I would get a call back. On Monday I called again only to have the receptionist to tell me she never said when I would get a call back and that I hadn't been in since June. I asked how often I needed to be seen for birth control. Her response was "I dont know I dont take birth control". No called back all week. On Friday, now a week after my initial call I walked into the office to assist them in doing their jobs only to encounter the same rude receptionist who magically figured out how to watch her mouth. I was told I can wait to have an appointment after he sees his patients. I requested the corporate number and she said to which building. I was able to get the office managers contact information and called while I waited. All of a sudden I could be seen quickly but she still could not come up with a reason for an office visit. While the copay is waived my insurance will still be billed and I am certainly making the time to make them aware. This place is a joke and they are forcing unnecessary visits. Meanwhile I will have to pay out of pocket again because they failed to follow through. If you actually want to avoid pregnancy dont use this office because you have to beg for medication."

"The doctor and the supposed illnesses didn't matter at all. They took blood from me and left my arm very purple. And the old doctor didn't even check me, she just asked what I was suffering from? Ahh but to charge so much money if they serve old pickpockets... I don't recommend it, they are of no use..."

"This clinic is very bad, they are all confused, I went to my appointment and they had to take my blood and the nurse they sent me couldn't take me out. Then they sent the nurse and I told him that if they could take me out it was fine and what he answered was "esqe "She just wanted to practice" I mean, since we as patients are her practices... and another thing is that the Doctor supposedly prescribed me a medication and at check out time I asked the nurse for my prescription and he replied "Aah I don't know, everyone knows." They were, but I think that the week you come they will give you the recipe" for God's sake you are supposed to go so that they will give you the recipe that day not a week later!"
