"Appointment at 3:00. Went back at 3:25. I left the office at 4:30. The dr left and said he would get me a trial pair of contacts, and never returned. The receptionist finally came and got me. Asked for my son’s pupillary distance so I could order glasses for him and was told that the machine that measures is only used if you’re getting glasses from them. Which is communism, btw. No way I’ll be going back."

"0900 appointment but didn't see eye doctor until 10. Discussed that I was not super pleased with current prescription (multi-Focal contacts) but in no was I interested in changing to mono vision.If I actually had been asked I would have explained that I had tried this previously and unfortunately just couldn't make it work and I felt like it gave me a headache. Not sure why I was not included in the conversation about my care but I wasn't so when I was rudely ask what I wanted I replied to just remain in the same previously. Rx given was for a decreased power than last year! Idk but I paid the bill and left at this point I will just find a different eye doctor! Not going to argue but they lost a patient and it may not mean much but I am fine with that also! As I suspected all along, finding a replacement for Dr. Dean will not be an easy task!"

"6% "service charge" when I asked what it was for, the response I was given was a very sarcastic "because prices of everything has gone up" My wife and I were charged more than $2000 just for new lenses and frames, mine alone they charged more than$1200. I've been going here for over 10 years but will not anymore. The rudeness and arrogance from the girls at the front desk and the fact that their pricing stature is now absurd and straight crooked we will take our business elsewhere. There are many other places to go where you can still get good service at a fair price. This place - no longer."

"I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience was outstanding. They were able to squeeze in an appointment same day and all the staff were very polite and professional. The equipment and products they have are top notch and the doctor is very personable. Highly recommend."

"I had just come from another local optometrist who had refused to treat me because he didn't like my attitude (really!) So it was a relief to work with the normal, nice, professional people at Great Eye Doctor. They did everything right, from getting me an appointment at a convenient time, actually seeing me at my appointment time (vs having to wait), being personable and knowledgeable, and not pressuring me to purchase glasses from their collection -- plus their office smelled nice. Thanks everyone for making it a truly pleasant experience!"
