"I went here for an appointment today. For the first time actually, as this was going to be my new pcp. After discussing a scheduling mistake that was on my end, the receptionist asked me if I have a fever. Which I did. She then told me that in order for the doctor to see me, I need to do a self covid test and call and tell them the results. Now the last time I checked, if you're running a fever for multiple days on end, you should probably go see a doctor. At every doctors visit I've had that I can remember, if I had a fever they did the testing there at the office, diagnosed it and possibly wrote a prescription if needed. Needless to say this was an extremely disappointing first impression and honestly, a complete waste of time. I will be finding a different doctor."

"This review is based from a pediatric standpoint. Dr. Whaley was OK. He didn’t have much bedside manner with my little one. He made me feel inferior and I left the appointment feeling very defeated. Medical assistant was sweet. Allergist technician wasted a lot of my time. I also did not appreciate her giving me medical advice which she is not licensed to do nor did I appreciate her making comments about all the things my sons allergic to. My sons allergy testing was going to take MONTHS here. I got it done somewhere else less than 5 minutes now I can carry on with my life and treatment plan for my son. I told my allergist now how they conduct allergy testing here - skin invasive with needles and he was stunned. He couldn’t believe they would do it like that. He said he needed to call this office to discontinue doing allergy testing like this. I seriously believe this whole office is behind on a lot of the research with food allergy testing. I’d definitely recommend going to Chisholm trail allergy & asthma instead with Dr. Thompson!!!"
