"Ordered an online order for 2 smoothie and my husband go grab it only to find out the system is down and order could not be processed. I understand the system being down is no ones fault, but the online order should not have gone through so people are not wasting their time coming in only to be told that their order cant be placed. Also, they had no change for larger bills if you wanted to pay cash. This location always has something or another and this final situation just solidified that. Do better esp when you are charging premium price for a smoothie."

"They were super crowded and ending up giving me the wrong smoothie I drank it inside my car for a little bit then realized that was not the one I ordered so I went back inside and they immediately corrected it and gave me a 44oz for free!! The guys working we’re so nice and my smoothie tasted amazing, they also let me keep the first one they gave me."
"I try to give this place a break because it is clear that the staff is mostly made up of teens. But every trip takes 20 to 30 minutes. Even ordering ahead of time, your order will be at least 15 minutes late. Today I waited 20 minutes after my orders ready time only to get a chunky, and drinkable smoothie. I had to go home and re-blend it myself because I didn’t have any more time to waste asking for one of them to redo it. Complete waste of $7."
