"They’ve been making false insurance claims on an insurance I no longer have. They’ve been processing extra claims after I had already paid off whatever I owed. And I got a letter in the mail, to collect debt, but those visits were for 3/12/2021, 3/22/2021, 5/06/2021, 5/13/2021, 6/06/2021, 06/25/2021, and 9/22/2021. I went there for an emergency on February 18th. Where did all of these claims come from? Beware of this place and the physicians listed as “Stephen J. Hamilton” “Kevin S Homer”, and “Jason Neef”….I never even met any of these doctors."
