"My husband attempted to make a new patient appointment at the Burleson location after not receiving a call regarding the referral they received from his PCP. Whichever employee took this call on 2/28/23 at 1530-1535 was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Multiple times my husband was interrupted after which he had to actually ask the employee to stop interrupting him so he could explain what he was attempting (making a new patient appointment). She also stated she could not find the referral, didn’t have my husband’s name in the system, etc. After she was able to locate the needed information, she scheduled an appointment. My husband confirmed the appointment date to which he was answered with this employee deciding to hang up. We received no information regarding physician’s name or what the location address was. After hearing this unprofessional employee on speaker phone, I decided to try and contact the front desk manager to get the desired information in, hopefully, a more pleasant manner. No answer. Just the option to be forwarded to a fax. I attempted again, same thing. Due to the lack of professionalism and communication, we will be seeking better care elsewhere."

"I HAD to give 1 star because i was not able to post if i gave NO stars. This is by far the worst doctor and staff ever! First, he does not do well with patients. His wife (manager) does not know what she is doing. The wife began ordering personal stuff using my email. I told the doctor about it and he refused to do anything thinking his wife has done nothing wrong. After 6x and telling BOTH everytime, it is still continuing. Actually, i just got another order TODAY. His wife(manager) also sends the billing for his office to the billing office. Im surprised i have not received another patients bill with my name since she is using my email to order personal stuff and the doctor knows about this. Dont even get me started with the billing office either. That is another issue. Bad. Very bad. Very incompetent. Correction....it happened AGAIN today. This makes 7x.! Another thing, the office they have at 800 8th Ave, in DT, same. Very unprofessional, ALL of them! UPDATE: its 7/16/21 and im still getting emails for his manager's (wife) personal stuff. This is so ridiculous! It's very incompetent of them especially after i let HIM know! ANOTHER update....it is Saturday, August 28th, I just received an email stating his wife ordered something else. This is too much already! I have let him know but he keeps ignoring the problem (wife) saying she doesn't do anything wrong. CHECK your bills from this place! Make sure they belong to you and not anyone else his WIFE is ordering from!"
