"Dr.Fries was such a blessing to my eyes! I have been going to this optometrist for years. I was having eye issues wasn't sure if it was something medical or just vision issues with my prescriptions on contacts. He did a super long checkup which I'm grateful he took time to listen to my concerns & fixed my contact prescription, as well as glasses. He also had a lot of helpful information with medications I am taking. I absolutely recommend his services!"

"I understand being behind in schedules, but seriously. We arrived at 10:45 for a 11 o’clock appt, finally got out of there at 1:20 pm. 2 1/2+ hrs. Totally unacceptable. Typical appt times for an Optometrist run, 30 minutes to an hour. Just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else."

"I have been wearing classes for 20 years and contacts for 15 of those 20. This was by far the most frustrating experience I have had with an eye care office. Prior to the appointment I was told to bring my prescription so they could make sure that they’d be able to keep me in a prescription I was comfortable with. When I got there I told them I had my contact with me. During the exam I mentioned to the Dr. that I was not comfortable with going down on my prescription. This was dismissed and I was still asked to have a trial week of a prescription I knew wouldn’t work. I need to add that I have tried a good faith effort to go down before and it did not work. I went through the eye exam, finding out at the end that my eyes would be dilated. Even after the drops were administered it I was still not clear on what the drops were. I then found out that I had to have a follow up appointment which I found odd as I have never had to do with another Dr. When I called after my appointment to discuss my frustrations, I felt as if I was being talked to and not heard. The lady at the front desk mentioned that if they’d known I had my original prescription they would have just done the fitting then. I found this odd as I told them I had my original prescription, they asked me prior to bring it, and the Dr. did not seem receptive to what I had to say. I am now having to go back in to take care of something that could’ve been done today, have him look at my eyes, and hopefully adjust the prescription. After all of that maybe they will release the prescription so I can order contacts. All in all, I feel very frustrated and do no think this Dr.will be a good fit for myself or my family in the future."

"I took my husband in for the first time. And he said it was one of the best eye exams he's had in a long time. The office staff was very professional and helped with any questions that we've had. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We did not have to wait long. And I'm sorry I forgot your name but the lady that helped when he was picking up his glasses you are fun to be around. We will be going back"

"Both, doctor and staff took great care of me from start to finish. This doctor examined my eyes more thoroughly than any of the other doctors I've previously seen. His explanation of my exam was easy to understand and set me at ease with my concerns. Very happy!"
