"Nurse and other non telahealth staff are nice! I've been here befor 2022. Unfortunately the newer phycologists aren't as kind... Miss the older Dr's....Also my new Dr. Instantly assumed Ive been lying for months or not taking meds as needed that help/assume previous Dr. Isn't competent on my med regiment Older doctors in 2022 case workers are AMAZING! Dr's are dismissive but all other staff are great!!!"

"Family member of mine is having a mental health crisis. We waited four and a half hours for my family member to see a “specialist”. The evaluation the psychiatrist performed was asking her if she felt suicidal. Since my family member answered no, they released her without any further questions. Texas has poor mental health resources."

"My case worker was awesome. Very supportive. I do not recommend the psychiatrist. He does not listen to the problems brought up about the medications, he does not listen about ongoing problems that you are still experiencing even with the medications. He also discontinued medications without discussing it beforehand, or weaning off the medications, when they clearly say that they have to be weaned, that you can't just stop taking them. There's many more complaints, but those are the top ones."

"Awesome and positive people. They know your situation and bring health and happiness evertime. They have a great nurse or phlebotomist who does blood work also."
