"I give this place a 1 star if i could put 0, I would. Called to ask if they provide the TB skin test… said, Yes… ask for price, to know in advance before going, n lady said I had to go in person for price and to top it off they didn’t take cash Only Debit/Credit. I don’t see why they couldn’t discuss price over the phone.. wanted to give this place a try.. but after that, Never Mind!"

"Excellent service today at Advanced Urgent Care today!! Waiting area and rooms extremely clean. Receptionist warm and welcoming. Intake nurse kind and caring. The best was Edgar Garcia, PA. He was thoroughly helpful, highly intelligent, great bedside manner and figured out what treatment I needed. I feel blessed to have found this facility and will be back as needed. Thanks."

"Rate ZERO! I went by this office today as a walk in recommended by our good doctor De La Vega. I was unable to be seen since I did not have my insurance card.I presented insurance information to them as proof of insurance and services where declined staff showed little to no sympathy from the moment I arrived, with an attitude almost as if she could care less if they have patients, I have been to many doctor offices in the past and have never had anyone decline my services for not having my insurance card, keep in mind barely could get out of bed with this fever and staff could care less to help me get seen by a doctor. I will definitely let our family doctor know what happened and I will never ever come back to your place of business."

Out of the numerous urgent cares I’ve been too, this is by far the most courteous, professional, and prompt service I’ve received. Dr. Edgar Garcia is very friendly and knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to your needs and provide you with remedies and answers instead of what most doctors now a days do, is just hear you out for like 5 minutes and that’s it. Trust me on this, any medical concerns you or your family may have, go here…. These guys will hear you out and take their time with you and get you the proper care you need. I strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for real care!"

"The customer service is great here. The receptionist is a sweetheart. The doctors are great, I’ve had to take myself and my family here. They care about the patient, and take the time to listen to you. My pediatrician is always packed, when my 3 month old got sick I came here and they took good care of her. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed and the doctors will help you feel better in no time."
