"If you are feeling super sick don’t come here because you might die waiting. Even when the clinic is half empty they still take for ever, they just straight up leave you in a room and it honestly feels like they’ve forgotten about you and this is every single time, even with an appointment. It sucks because the dr is an awesome doctor but the wait is always ridiculous."

"Dr Factoriza has been my primary care physician for over ten years. I continued to see him as he is very good. But expect to sit there for 4 hours even with an appointment. As for refills on medications it’s hit it miss..sometimes it will be taken care of and on more than one occasion it’s not. Good luck with them answering their phone!!! I’ve called 5 times throughout the day and no answer. My last experience took the cake ! I had been in emergency room for painful kidney stones, the specialist wouldn’t see me unless I had referral from primary care physician...the day I called I was in pain, I told them what I needed. They said I had to go into last visit was over 10 days. I couldn’t drive because of pain.so they said it would over phone..never happened. It called 3 times no answer . I tried following week, same thing. Needless to say I will be looking for a more reliable primary care physician."

"My mother had an appointment today at 10am, they called her in after 12, waited in the room 2 hours before the Doctor came in to see her right before 3pm she got out of there after3:30. She is diabetic and had not eaten all day her sugar went down and her blood pressure went up. It not right to make customers wait so long before being seen. Poor service over booked"
