"This place is all about the Co-Pay not to mention they are not up to date they don't use EMR electronic medical records they refuse to let you and your spouse in the exam room together even when asked told it would upset the doctors work flow poor excuses for someone calling there self a FAMILY PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL asked if my lab results were in they said no stepped out in the hallway called the lab was told yes they are in and sent to the office so it was easier to just lie than to go check my advice is to do what we done find another real Family Practice"

"Went here for years. They will only let you discuss one or two things each appointment. That’s fine, I guess. But then they make you come back in for results meaning you have to pay another copay.. It’s absurd. My mother also went here and had asked Dr Cano if she could get a genetics test to find out if her cancer was genetic or not… Dr Cano refused and said it wouldn’t be covered by insurance and would be too expensive. Well, my mother went to a different doctor and they said the test would be 100% covered. I always got the sense no body cared when I went in. If you want a doctor and staff that cares about helping people I’d recommend you continue searching."
"My husband and I have seen these doctors for 10 years. They are both wonderful doctors, but their staff is not helpful, or friendly. We over looked that because the doctors are amazing. But today i was turned away because I needed a blood pressure check, to have a log ready for my appointment, on Tuesday. I'm sorry to say we are both leaving the practice. But I want to make it clear that the Doctors are wonderful. The staff is not and that's why we are walking away after 10 years."
"So, as a first time patient with these Doctors I must state that Dr. Christina Cano was great to meet. She was honest and pleasant. However, the receptionist is extremely unprofessional, which I was not a fan of. Luckily, I'm very vocal and assertive, but if it was a noble patient, that receptionist would definitely take advantage of it. I strongly believed these doctors need to take the time to train their receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and be a better representation of their family Practice."
