"Horrible service. The patient arrives way earlier than the staff. They say they open at 8:00AM but the nurses open at 8:10AM. Ridiculous! The front desk nurses are very very rude and they take care of their coffee before the patient. I'm not coming back to this place. HORRIBLE."
"I asked if walk is were welcome (as stated on their website) and the front desk clerk was beyond rude and condescending, but stated if i was already a patient they did. She proceeded to tell me I was and handed me a stack of paperwork to fill out. She then began interrogating me asking me why I hadn't been to their clinic in since 2020 and threw out silly suggestions like “did you get mad at us” etc but in a condescending tone almost as if she were trying to shame me. (I only attended this clinic virtually during the pandemic) It took me 20 minutes of my time to fill out my paperwork just to be turned away. Wasted my time and I would never want this place to be my PCP. I’d advise to visit another clinic that will treat you with respect and be considerate of your time. It was also scorching hot in the lobby and smelled bad."
"Went there on 8/14/23 im diabetic and had a small laceration to my leg not getting any better l, lady on the front desk my the name of “Cristina” didn’t even bother to ask what the purpose of my visit was and just refuse to give me service and said had no appointments till end of the month! I hate to think this is the head clinic I choose as my primary Doctor."
"I visited this clinic several months ago and they coded my visit as weight loss which isn't covered by my insurance. Weeks later I got a bill from my insurance. Called the clinic and they stated they were going to bill the insurance with a new code and they have yet to do this. Today I got a letter from the collection agency because they failed to submit the bill to my insurance. I'm still dealing with this issue because I refuse to pay an error they made! To top it off, they take forever to answer the call. Horrible customer service! Stay away!"
