"Our first visit, rather excited! Purchased tickets for The Color Purple! Theater wasn't busy or full at all! Parking initially was an issue until we called theater to verify parking garage validation upto 4-hours. Upon entering, nice environment so I'm satisfied with its offerings! Ready to watch the movie! Good choices on menu. We ordered bottomless popcorn for $10 and truffle fries for $7. The movie theater was colder than it should have been! So, bring warmth. Service was poor to non-existent! Food was served cold! It took too long to receive refills, that basically we paid $5 each for a small stainless steel bowl of cold distasteful popcorn! In spite of the above, I was told they were short staffed, which is no excuse! We still left a cash tip, servers were friendly."
"The theater is ample and comfortable why the 3⭐️s - the food is not that great, we had a few bits of the quesadilla and couldn’t take anymore. It was so greasy and chewy. The popcorn were good a bit excessive with the salt and butter but I guess that why they were good. Thought this would be a better option than the AMC but with all the extra cost not sure it is. Parking can be validated."
"A nice place to watch a movie with vegan options! They even pop their popcorn in coconut oil. Ms. Sylvia is a sweetheart and she greets you upon your arrival! The cocktails we had were just basic. The seats were comfy and the waitstaff were good."
"I love going to Cinepolis! Ms. Sylvia always greets us with a smile, helps us validate our parking tickets, and gives us great recommendations when we don’t know what to watch, but really want to watch a good movie! Ms. Sylvia is the best! Seats are super comfortable at Cinepolis, love the service, and the menu! If y’all haven’t been! What are y’all waiting for! I highly recommend you come in for the best movie experience in Dallas!! Love this place!!"
