"Cinepolis awards program is a waste of your time. Why see a movie there.At Regal and AMC you get a member card that will give you credit when you buy tickets through Fandango not so with Cinepolis .If you have a complaint with Cinepolis there is no way to complain.They do not answer e mails and every voice message box is full.In NYC with so many theaters why go to Cinepolis."

"I would give 10 stars if possible! From the moment we entered the building our experience was exceptional! My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary this past weekend and decided to catch a movie at Cinepolis. We are normally Movie Tavern people but after visiting Cinepolis we have found a new favorite. There is not one negative thing we could say about our visit, at all. The staff was amazing and made us feel like celebrities, our waiter was friendly and prompt, the seats were so comfortable, the food was my goodness...the food was good, the pricing was reasonable and the screen was very nice. We will DEFINITELY be back soon to watch our next movie. If you get the chance to visit this place, you should."
