"Recliner chairs are comfy but no heated seats which is a bummer. The food and drinks are really good! And the service was friendly! - Southwest egg rolls and blue Rita and chicken nachos! So yummy. Clean theater"

"On January 1st, my family came to see a Aqua Man (a family movie) at the Studio Movie Grill Spring Valley location. A few minutes into the movie, my autistic son began to get squirmy, babble, and needed me to comfort him. After a couple of minutes, he was calm and we began to watch the film. While watching the movie, we were approached by a manager named Tristan Broadway. We were asked to leave the theater . I was confused as to what the problem was. No one in the theater seemed to be bothered by my son's short babble session. Mr Broadway stated we needed to leave the movie theater. I asked why? Are families with special needs children unable to enjoy the movies, too? His response and attitude was unacceptable. Instead of hearing me or suggesting something else he completely shut me down and called security on me... i never said I refused to leave so why call security on me that was so downgrading and embarrassing At this point, I was embarrassed, shaken, upset, and on the verge of tears. Not once was my voice raised. Not once was my voice, as a customer and mother, heard. I was not given the ability to be heard. I honestly feel my son and i deserve an apology! It’s negative experiences like this that us Autistic mothers don't want to come out to the world... I think we have as much right as anyone else to try and live a normal life... i believe their staff needs better training... he shouldn't be a manager"

"I came for the Barbie movie premiere. Clean theater with comfortable recliner seating. Ticket and food prices are higher than other theaters, though the entrees are tasty. The server was great and got my popcorn and margarita to me quickly and quietly. There is an 18% gratuity added to every order, so be aware."

"We went to see Guardians of the Galaxy V3. The staff was very attentive, and the movie theater was very clean. The floor was a little bit sticky, but that is to be expected. We had dinner there and they already added a tip to the bill so since they did that and the staff did not tell us about ahead of time, I did not add an additional tip to the bill. If they would have told us ahead of time, it would’ve been different. The bathroom was horrendous! Half of the stalls were out of order and the other half were disgusting. I wills say 3.5 stars for this place. I totally was not impressed. But the movie was great!"

"The theater is pretty nice. Seats are comfortable. Food is not good. It cost $18 for a burger and fries. The bun was so hard that I couldn't bite through it. I tapped the top of the bun with my fingernail, and it sounded like I was tapping on an egg shell. If you are going to market yourself as a food and movie venue, then make the food exciting. The man next to me ordered the chicken strips and ended up returning them because they were cold and dry. It took over 20 min to get a glass of water. So go for the movie but skip the food and you'll be fine"
