"Brett, operations manager - you need to go to management classes. You need to learn skills on how to treat and apologize to customers. The wide eyed 9 year old girl response followed by “woooooo” is inappropriate and insulting. FOUR of your staff members (five including YOU) watched me struggle with a computer, not coming over until I called you. I was entertaining enough for all of you to watch, but not help. I had to do what I needed to to TWICE. Your behavior and poor response to my needs was pathetic and I feel sorry for you and the poor people who have the misfortune of working with you. Get trained."
