"I’m had very bad experience in here. First, they are not efficient at all, it is one the worse clinic you can visit, they make you to wait for an hour and half for a visit. The visit also do almost nothing, it is better to not waste your time in wellness center at TTU and go to actual clinic outside of campus, doctors are not very helpful too,"

"I’ve had my primary care doctor here for 2 years now and they have been consistently great. My original doctor left to start his own practice after the first and the new doctor that replaced him was equally great! I require semi-regular visits due to my condition and it’s genuinely a pleasure every time I go. I used to dread doctor visits the student wellness enter has definitely changed my mindset."

"This place was amazing! I called in the morning and the people who answer are always really nice and helpful. She helped me set up my online portal account (because I was a new patient) and walked me through step by step. It’s a lot easier to use portal in future too! I got seen the same day AND at the requested time. Front desk lady was SUPER awesome. Since I was a freshman it was my first time really going to the doctor alone and I had some paperwork, but she helped me fill it out right there at the counter! My overall wait time was like 5 min for the nurse and then I waited about 3 minutes for the doctor, super fast and efficient clinic. Dr. Ruiz was very nice and approachable and helped me with prescription but also outside resources like the counseling center. So happy I can come here :)"

"There is only one drawback which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. You have to call when they open. However, everyone was friendly. They care about their patients. I was even advised on which places would have the cheapest OTC medications that were recommended to me by one of the Doctors there. Worth waking up early to make an appointment! I arrived early and they even got me in early."

"This is a great place to go if you live on campus at Tech (super convenient). The only thing is that if you suddenly become sick and need a quick appointment, they are usually full for a few days. Just to get vaccines, I usually had to schedule a month in advance. You can go to the lobby before 4pm to request triage if you don't have an appointment and if you are sick enough they will let you see a physician, but if you don't know this, you usually have to go to another facility to be treated. Doc's and nurses are good, only had a problem with one doctor who wasn't very patient. Student counseling center: 5 stars. Highly recommend, therapists are great."
