"Someone named Melody needs some phone service etiquette she is the rudest ever! Their policies are ridiculous one day your copay is 16, the next 39 and if you want to cancel due to a storm and not go, they will charge you $50 anyway. Then they tack on extra charges for a tens unit instead of including it in the price. I wouldn't let my dog go in their hot tub it's filthy looking. I would not recommend this place due to the rudeness of the receptionists and whoever Melody is. Josh and Lori are sweethearts and do their job well, too bad they have to work in those horrid conditions."
"All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had Mike today and he gave me a lot good pointers. 2 1/2weeks out from total knee replacement and today I discarded the walker for a cane. Thanks to you all"
"l sincerely wish I would have been able to rate this place on their actual abilities however I was unable to even see the doctor so I am rating them on their compassion alone. I had a 7:00AM appointment and the hours on Google and their door are listed as opening at 7:00AM. After walking in at 6:59AM and completing the admittance paperwork at 7:15 I was told I would need to wait around for the 8:00 appointment. Why not just get me back there right now? You can see on my medical chart that I am in significant pain and have been for a long time. All of this after 2 weeks of my wife and I juggling schedules and three young children for me to even be able to make this appointment - which likely won’t be able to happen again for another pay period or two. I was looking forward to starting PT for my sciatica that I have been dealing with for a number of years. I have been reluctant to deal with the medical industry and this being my introduction to this company has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. First impressions are important, right? I think I’ll look somewhere else."
