"Love the NPs and nursing staff but the office staff is horrible. Rude and hung up on me when I am understandably upset that they collected copays from me when there shouldn't have been a copay and now sitting on issuing a refund for months because they aren't working claims efficiently. Items got denied because they didn't send the information needed to get approvals. Just overall terrible office. Finding a new pcp now because this is a headache that no one needs. Claims department from insurance tried to call to get this cleared up and they just kept hanging up on claims department. The office staff does not care at all. Edit a few days later. Never got a call from the director to solve the issue. Kinda figured I wouldn't because it seems they encourage unprofessional behavior at this office."

"I really like Katelyn, who is the nurse practitioner I see, she really cares about her patients, and asks lots of demographic questions to make sure she gets the full picture of your situation. She remembers a lot of things about you. That being said, I have had a lot of frustration with the referral process. I was waiting on a referral to a gynecologist, and it took forever. Anytime I would call to ask I’d be told that they’d take care of that today and someone would call me back soon. Just starting the process took them like a week and there was still no actual progress on getting a referral. I did my best to be very patient, but eventually I realized that whoever was in charge of referrals was dragging it out so much. Eventually I got a call back just to have someone say “so we did send it to our referral people today, but that’s not my job so I don’t know “ it was insanely frustrating and I continued to have the issues I was going in for in the first place that entire time. At one point the person answering my call asked me if I had ever even been to the office before, which bothered me a lot. Finally I just called a final time and asked who they were trying to send me to, called and made the appointment myself, it took like five minutes. Why that needed to take over two weeks I don’t know. They messaged me the next day to tell me I had an appointment (the one I made myself) which honestly made me laugh. They didn’t even send the results of my ultrasound, I had to bring my copy to my appointment. I love Katelyn, and I will keep seeing her, I trust her very much, but I’m having a lot of frustration with the other people working there."
