"Dr. Dragun is awesome. Had a stone that was missed by ORMC ER. Called Dragun on Monday and had Lithotripsy on Friday. He got me in, addressed the issue and took into consideration how a delay would impact my work obligations. Did what he had to do to make everything work out. Came by and reassured me before the procedure. Midland Memorial was a great experience as well I highly recommend Dr Dragun and Midland Memorial."

"One more person who cannot get any staff to answer the phone. No idea what my test results are and no one will answer the phone. Listened to their phone ring for 1 hour. And it gets worse. My test results aren't good but it took them 3 1/2 months to get back with me to schedule an MRI. I had no way of knowing my test results because they don't answer the phone and they don't send results back to my PCP. I had assumed test results were good since no one got back with me but the opposite was true."

"Regardless of how nice the physicians may be they do not care behind your back. Apparently the doctors have too many patients and do not care about patient care if they did they would not allow the office staff to 1. Not answer the phones for hours days 2. Be rude to patients 3. Not speak to the staff about answering phones and maybe put their own cell phones down your there to work it is a job 4. Charge me a 100.00 fee for not cancelling on time when NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES clearly this is a huge issue with the office staff. Read the reviews!!!! Or try sitting in the office you will see how rude the staff is. Then offer me to come back but only to see a PA going forward. No thank you I’ll find a urologist that knows how to manage their office staff and is not in it just for the money. Just like anything you have choices. I saw a patient get turned away because the Dr refused them for being 10 minutes late. Mind you she had to go by ambulance transport for her appointment her caretaker explained the ambulance drivers were running late she tried to call no one answered. She was begging them to see her. Imagine setting all that went into setting that up to go to your appointment?? She was 10 minutes late and the physician refused to see her. What happened to the reason you all went into healthcare??? Was it not because you wanted yo care for patients or is it just for money?? Remember every patient they cancel or doesn’t show up due to not answering the phone they still charge a fee. I’m in healthcare and you’re honestly a disappointment to the industry. I hope Midland gets more urologists and patients have an opportunity to find a caring physician and staff, Do not settle for this inexcusable treatment!!!"

"My doctor is great. The low rating is due to the attitude of the clerical staff. They do not answer the phone. They are usually very rude and not welcoming. I have attempted repeatedly to set an appointment. The phone is never answered."

"Extremely poor management/ patient care, no follow up with test results, impossible to get ahold of the office- not answering their phone for days. Totally agree with all the reviews! Update: even though i still believe the office management needs help there ( was there the other day and the phone was ringing for 15 min and no one cared to answer)..BUT I am really impressed with Lindsey, PA! ( I have seen Dr, and another PA. there previously). She is knowledgeable, caring, up to date with treatment options, helped me to be seen promptly when I was not feeling well a couple of times. If you go there., see Lindsey! You won’t be disappointed, I give her 5 starts! She is a fresh breath of air at that place!"
