"Came here twice. Both times I left feeling like I wasn’t listened to, was rushed, and was on the receiving end of a grumpy attitude with Dr Long. I could tell he couldn’t wait to get me out his door. I only received communication from dr long about a new important life changing prescription on a note on my labs. Also, I had weird billing issues too as well as my copay randomly going up. I wouldn’t mind if I actually had all my concerns addressed. The reception staff were cold and rude as well. The phlebotomist and the nurses are amazing tho. Very kind and attentive."

Dr Long was very knowledgeable and broke it down in a way that I could understand it. And the rest of the staff was very friendly with a smile on their face.
