She helped me recover my pelvic floor after having my son and she continues to help me with trouble areas from daily life/motherhood. She is very hands on during the appointments(using fascia release techniques, dry needling, cupping) and then assigns specific exercises for me to do at home to help strengthen, increase mobility and recover my body. I would not be where I am today physically if it weren’t for Monet!
