"The wait is unreasonably too long. Both my daughters’ appointments are 1:30 and 1:45. It’s now 2 pm and doctor still hasn’t seen at least one of them. Still waiting in the room. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment for a specific time? MAYBE stop scheduling too much appointments if you guys can’t keep up with that many patients in a timely manner. Thanks."
"I've been calling literally all morning to make my children an appointment. No one has answered the phone since literally 8:01am, and it's almost NOON. CALLING BACK TO BACK THEN WAITING A FEW MINUTES, ITS RIDICULOUS!"
