"The receptionist was very rude and uninformed. She ended up giving the nurse wrong information and the nurse collected wrong sample from me for wrong diagnosis. I came back the following day to complain to her supervisor and the supervisor told me she can not revert the process . I requested for a repeat of the right diagnosis and they insisted I have to pay an additional $ 135. I tried to plead with her and she became mad and sent me away like a dog. I am still waiting for justice and possibly get a refund of my $ 97 I paid for the wrong diagnosis"
"Nice staff but if you are doing mask fit tests you should supply masks. It's inappropriate to have patients go to a lumber store for N95s when they are not the type that will be used in a hospital setting."
"Concentra has been welcoming since the day I walked in. All of the nurses and doctors listened. I was supposed to finish 6 PT sessions and if my ankle wasn't better I was supposed to get a MRI. This past Monday I had a recheck with Jeanetta Cole who I have never seen before and basically did a medical release. I had 2 PT sessions left and when stressing it was hurting and swollen still there was no emotion from her. I had to sign a release, and I wasn't allowed to finish PT. I have a hard time walking and running which is my passion is gone."
"My husband and was seen here as a follow up to a concussion (work accident). He’s on short term disability and once the lady who called him back saw myself & our 2 kids ( 1 & 4) she demanded he went alone. I was very upset & he was disappointed because we both knew he’s unable to understand loads of info much less retain it to relay to me & the case manager. Just as I thought not everything he needed addressed was addressed and they released him back to work -yet under restrictions. He hasn’t even driven in almost a month because of how severe it is. This places sucks!! What if he was completely unable to even walk??"
"I had a great experience here. The wait time was shorter than other places, they got me in and out. The nurse I had was super sweet, and made me feel so welcomed. Will definitely be coming back when needed. Loved this place."
