"Im an Army vet. This was the only place I could get into today. I have bad lower back problems. I'm 33 and could barely walk. I waited to be seen for over an hour. The Doc didn't inspect me or anything. Told me " these things happen". Then sent me on my way. I asked her to to email to VA so I could get a spinal shot and she just said, I can't. Will never go here again. That lady is not there to help people."
"They were swamped for flu season and initially didn't handle my visit as well as they could have, but Dr. Tran called me personally and worked diligently to make things right. I've never seen customer service and forthrightness like that from a physician. Nice work! Would recommend this place for primary care."
