"I have a co-worker who goes to Dr. Snodgrass. I have no complaints on the doctor herself, but this office's customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We call to try to get her appointment time, and the number sends us to an automated message that perpetually says "this line is busy." It took us about 25 tries to finally get through to someone who was competent enough to look in the computer for the information she needed, but even that person couldn't tell us what the problem was or at least that they would look into it."

"This is a dirty money company. They will send you bills that you think that you have already paid for and will send you new made up bills that were not paid. I paid off all my bills in May, then they send me a bill from a payment in January that they never received. WTH? You can make up new bills for any month. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This is a terrible place. They will find ways to steal money from you. I will never come to this place not even if it was the last place to get healthcare. Would rather die."
