"Sasha Stanley left the office and no one including Dr Atkins followed up with her patients so my referral for an ultra sound in October wasn’t addressed after the hospital recommended a CAT scan. Since December I haven’t been able to call the office, phone bank tells me they’re having problems with there phones. If that were true, a business would have that fixed ASAP. I was told by a staff member that their phones were off. A month later phone calls still go to the phone bank. Your patients should be priority and able to call the office."
"A doctor who listens....who would have thought in this day and age that I would find one as such. We have missed our previous doctors since moving here, very intimate and personal relationships with them, I am feeling confident with Dr. Atkins. He's a special man and he has a nurse that's amazing, even does blood pressure the old fashioned way. Lol. A lovely lady from from previous doctor at front desk was amazing too.
