"Called in June to make an appointment for my son and they couldn’t get me in until the end of August for a well check. Got to the office and I had to wait 45 minutes in my car for them to let me in, okay I get it. But since I didn’t have a physical copy of my insurance card (this is 2021 and everything is digital) the front desk staff basically told me they could help and I had to be rescheduled for DECEMBER. I asked if I could email it cause it’s a PDF and no they can’t do that either. Like are you serious? How is it that everyone else in town Can handle accepting digital insurance cards except your office? They couldn’t even offer to call his insurance company and help us? I get that they have plenty of patients and probably could care less to lose anyone but this is beyond. I hope you can either get with the times or hire a staff that cares to help."

"I have been his patient since I was a baby and have nothing but good to say. He's sweet, intelligent, and always does his best to help. He even once met my mom and I at his office in the middle of the night because I had cracked my head open. A very good man and doctor."

"At least an hour wait if you scheduled an appointment. I had an appointment at 9:30, I and was here at 9:15. I am still waiting to see a Dr. (it is 11:00 now). And please try not to put the receptionists out by talking to them. They are way too busy for your idiotic questions, and have much more important things to do. If you have not committed yourself to this pediatric clinic, then please look elsewhere. The Dr. just now came in and she was the flip side of reception. Very polite, respectful, patient. I still suggest another clinic though. The wait and reception are not worth it."

"What I do like about PediMed Center is that the offer 7:30 am walk-in clinic for sick children and I like the Pediatric Nurse Practitioners are very good with my child. That being said, I do not like the receptionist they use. She is always short with us and has been rude on more than one occasion. That is not the patient care I want when I have a sick child in hand. I do not like that we were not notified that they are charging us an annual fee just to remain a patient. I had not taken my child in for almost half a year, and I was never notified of the fee until my well check date came up and I was standing in front of the receptionist. She told me it was on the web site and if they had mailed out notifications it would have made the fee go up!! Honestly, I would have been okay with paying for postage to get notified instead of being accused of paying the fee late the day of my appointment. I asked her how I could be late if I didn't even know about the fee and told her that made no sense. I do not like that I never get to see Dr. Nabulsi, even when I specifically make an appointment for him. I do not get notified that he will be out and I needed to see someone else until I arrived and checked in."

"The doctors and nurse practitioners are good. The front desk are the rudest people in the city. They need to be fired. Some of the nurses are very rude as well. This should be a kid friendly place. If the rude ones hate their job so much then quit! A lot of places are hiring."
