"I just switched to this clinic, after going to the one downtown for years. This clinic was so much nicer, the nurses, front desk, and Dr. Akins, is amazing. She really knows what she’s talking about. She’s not in there just to get you in, and get you out. Akins, really pays attention to what you are telling her. I recommend this center."
"The ladies at the front office were so rude and impolite today. My daughter's appointment was at 1pm, we arrived at 12:45. The door was closed. We knocked at the door for about 5 minutes and nobody reacted even if we could see the staffs walking around the room. When they finally opened the door at 1pm, we went in and they made us feel out the paperwork that we already did before. And they made us wait for some reasons we didn't know. Another patient whose appointment was at 2pm came 45 minutes after us and was seen before us. I think this was really unfair."
"The ladies in the front office are so rude ! And despite HIPAA laws they continually violated multiple pt at this office during my visit the lady at the front was yelling for the whole front office to hear my medical concerns and ignoring me when I asked her to stop she said she talks loud bc lost pt can’t hear I told her I was not deaf and didn’t want the other pt to hear my information while tho so going on the other lady asked a different pt if she was going to pay her balance bc she was over 300$ and the ot had to yell back I can’t pay nothing I’m broke sorry and both from ladies rolled there eyes and laughed as the pt walked away"
"Was able to be seen quickly and they are very courteous and patient with the patient,lol. This is the first place I have been that doesn't make me hurt after the work is done. Next day I am able to eat like normal and the cavities and fillings they have repaired and filled are pain free. Give them a call I have been very pleased with the quality of service I've been receiving."
