"The initial treatment was really helpful for my back pain and Paula was willing to help me get the MYK treatment before going on a 4 hour car ride. The reason I am giving her 2 stars is because at my first treatment she was 30 minutes late and at the first of 4 MYK treatments for the week, I showed up 10 minutes early and 15 minutes after my scheduled time, she canceled. I had to drive 45 minutes to see her! Bad business!! What a waste of my time. Needless to say, I canceled the rest of my treatments and won’t be going back. I don’t do well with flakiness. In response to what was said by the practitioner, yes I understand that you are human too but a phone call prior to the appointment time would have been appreciated. My appointment was canceled 25 minutes after I arrived. Also, the night that you helped me, you spoke about your personal life for well over an hour while I sat there hurting. The fact that you spent 2 hours and 15 minutes was by your own choice."

"This treatment is life changing to say the least, not just for myself but also for my two young daughters.
