"I would HIGHLY recommend this office!!! I was seen by Dr. Locke and him and everyone in the office made my experience so much better than what I was expecting. The front desk ladies are super nice and they work very hard. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room. The ladies taking blood work are very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The nurses are extremely responsive to calls and inquiries and Dr. Locke is very knowledgeable!"

"Dr. Betsy is amazing. She offers a combination of holistic and modern medicine. I felt comfortable with her and truly feels she care for her patients as people. Not just a paycheck. She lives to empower women and helped me, not only through pregnancy, but continuing postpartum and with general life. I feel she truly listens and offers solutions without just pushing meds, but not discrediting them either. She respects your wishes with your body and makes even unpleasant situations, tolerable. I won’t go to anyone else with my future pregnancies."

"I do recommend Betsy and Yee but, if you don’t have private insurance or aren't able to self-pay, I wouldn’t even try. OR GOD FORBID IF YOU CHANGE YOUR INSURANCE!!!! I been an established patient for 3 years. My insurance changed when I was 31 weeks pregnant (back in june) and they switched me to Betsy which was dr. Yee's midwife. I am now 5 months postpartum (my insurance hasn’t changed again) They are telling me that they can't no longer see me, and they stated that the only reason they continued to see me is due to me previously being pregnant and I could self-pay if I would like to continue to see them because they don't take my insurance and they haven't been taking that kind for 9 months. I have had several appointments since I haven't been pregnant and not all of them have been postpartum appointments either, so I'm not sure why they would have been seeing me if that was true. I’ve been going back and forth on the portal and through phone calls with them and they have been telling me that they can take me, but I would show up and they would decline me. All they do is treat you like a number and not like a person, and that's the frustrating thing about it. Dr. Yee has been a wonderful doctor throughout the years, but it seems like she doesn't care near enough like she used to. Long story short you can be an established patient for a while and be dropped for no reason! Wouldn't want anyone have to endure the same thing especially if you are pregnant!!!!! The receptionist that has been there for years isn't very compassionate and you have to demand to talk to someone else to get anything done. on the other hand, BETSY IS AMAZING!!!! 10/10"

"This place has been going downhill. The staff at the front are arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. They will shoo you away and treat you like a child and ignore you on purpose. They gossip on their free time or ignore you on their computers instead of tending to calls. I saw them laughing about another patient and talking about them behind their back. The doctors are hit or miss. Some care some don't. The nurses are also hit or miss some are more understanding but others are absolutely abysmal. Sadly theres not a good pool of more responsibile people in midland due to how small and isolated it is so this is the trash you are left with."

"I am not usually the type of person to leave a review or complaint but I have been disappointed almost every time I have been in since finding out I was pregnant! My last appointment which was my “New OB” appointment was the last straw. We get called in by a lady and she puts 3 pieces of paper in front of me and says “these are your benefits, let me know if you have questions”. She turns around in her chair and starts looking at her computer completely ignoring us. Me and my husband look at these pieces of paper with a million things on it and numbers and we had no idea what it was so I finally ask what is this? She proceeds to explain the payment plan I will have for my deductible and explained everything so fast I really didn’t understand. She then walks out and the sweet older lady she shares an office with notices mine and my husband’s puzzled looks and kindly says “did you get any of that because I know she goes a million miles a second” I just said yes because af that point I just wanted to leave! The other lady comes back in and slams a bag of milk down and says congratulations, sits back down and starts looking at her computer again and just waited for us to leave. I was so confused because this is my first pregnancy so I am new to all of this and it just seems like the staff here just sees you as another number. I have already canceled my next appointment and will not be going back to this place. I do not recommend this place at all!"
