"Blessings to the Doc, nurses, staff etc... Walked in with serious pain in right hand and wrist. Receptionist recognized my pain, offered and filled out my patience information "un solicited"...then assured me without complaining or asking that I would be "called back" within next 5 minutes. 64 years old...can't afford to miss many days of work (having only 10 months until retirement), I am overwhelmed how fast I recovered with treatment received. My ailment has a reoccurring history for the past 8 years. Medical teatment I received from PA-C KRISTEN SCHLEMEYER was different than treatments from the past. Typically...my recovery always took 7 to 10 days. My recovery was 3 days, TRUE STORY...back at work with hand and wrist at 100%. No one asked me to pen this review, written with gratitude for the care and treatment I received as I felt like family. Respectfully, Jeffrey Keller"

"For the four years that I have lived in the area I have gone to a different urgent care, and was very pleased until this past year. First impressions are huge and the front desk staff at the other urgent care has just gone downhill. I tried WesTex on Briarwood for the first time today and was more than pleased. The front desk staff was awesome and everyone in the back was great as well. I saw Taylor Brown and I don’t know that she could’ve been more thorough. She was awesome! This location is very convenient and the people are great, so I will continue to use WesTex! Well done!"

"I was on my way to take care of my Granddaughter, I started to have this cough, My son suggested for me to go to the New Urgent Care that open on Blair wood. So I did. I noticed when I walked in it was clean, they had tissues boxes and hand sanitizer, more then one. The check in person Leannda was professional, friendly made me feel comfortable even though I felt sick. The nurse Chantay was also professional, friendly and patience, that very important when trying to remember my own medical history and medication and stating how you feeling. The Nurse Practitioner Dr. Sascha also professional friendly, and patience She is excellent. I would definitely recommend the provider. Thank you all making a sick person feel Cared."

"Scheduled an appointment on a Sunday for 3:40pm at around 1:20pm I had completed all the online sign in and was informed to arrive at 3:25pm. Arrived as requested and was informed I’d still have over an hour wait for the scheduled appointment that was made 2+ hours prior. Why have an appointment system if you cannot honor them? Won’t be going back again. Drove directly to VitalCare and was signed in immediately and seen faster than my appointment with WesTex."

"Worst urgent care ever!!!! They kept my 5 month old baby waiting in the room for over 2 hours while they were seeing other patients who came after us. By the time we left, the waiting room was empty but we got there before those who left. The provider seems Racist!!! I had to take my baby somewhere else. They refused to refund my account after charging me for no service."
