"I can’t thank the team at Vital Care enough. I was driving towards town in my RV filling out my paperwork while they were holding my place in line. This is a well oiled machine with care and respect offered on a silver platter. I recommend this urgent care. You will leave with written instructions and notes of your visit. The prescribed meds are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. I want to thank my providers from the gals at the front desk to my nurse/tech Stephanie Lance and Dr Stuart Riggins. This was a very professional and smooth visit."
"Worst experience at an urgent care and will not go back. The physicians assistant we saw was completely unwilling to care for my son at all and just kept telling me that I should have gone back to the doctor he saw 4 days ago even though he wasn't improving. Just an FYI for whoever oversees the clinic... it's called a 2nd opinion and I certainly won't ever be getting it from viral urgent care again!"
"I found out last Thursday that my son had to have a school physical for football completed by the following Tuesday. Our regular doctor couldn’t get him in soon enough since it was such short notice. And also it was a struggle finding an office open after 5pm. Thankfully Vital Care was open. I did majority of my registration paperwork online. The receptionist was very friendly. She greeted us immediately when we walked inside. She told me exactly what I needed to fill out. The wait in the lobby was about 7 minutes. The nurses and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The PA or NP that saw my son gave her honest opinion about his health. She even gave very good recommendations. Everyone made the visit quick, easy, and painless. I will definitely use them again."
"My son needed a physical. I chose this clinic because they had decent reviews. Their ambiance - or lack there of - almost made me walk out. Honestly, don't judge a book by the cover. The staff were very nice and professional. The medical assistant and doctor were great. The office staff very nice. We will definitely use this facility again when/if we need to!!!!"
