"Clean and well maintained facilities (so are mist of the competition). Where these guys are different is in the management. Online, they offer really low rental fees... but beware... it is on a month to month basis... so your rate may change (always up...never down) the next month without any previous warning or request for agreeing to an amendment. If you complain with the local manager, you will get a word salad as a reply (with a smile, of course). Then if you complain to corporate (they're in Utah) you will never get to talk to a regional manager let alone a VP, and they in turn, will refer you back to the local store manager. There is a manager for all the locations in El Paso, but she has a "my way or the highway... and there's nothing you can do, buster..." attitude. So... if you want to move, you have to give them a 1 week notice... There is a 6 day grace period if you miss your payment date...but your due date is day 1 of 6... and you will be charged late fees on the sixth day... so the 6 days are really 4 days. No acces to the trash container. No access 24 hours. Once you sign up, your phone # is paired with their phone system, so whatever number you call on their company, your call will be redirected to the local store automatically. My advice? Read all the fine print (if you can) before signing with this company."

"Great facility! They took really good care of my belongings. The front office is dependable and always attentive. They emailed and texted me whenever my monthly payment went through. The introductory promo rate was super low, but it is subject to change if you don’t pay everything up front. And unfortunately, they do not prorate if you move out halfway through a billing cycle. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with this extra space storage."
