"I recently purchased a baking mold, however once in the oven it would heat up too much thus burning the cake on all sides. I tried adjusting the temperature according to its size and material and it was no use. So I went in store to try to exchange it since I didn’t have a receipt but the card I used. The cashier was polite about it however I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to the manager. He was condescending, even as I tried to explain my reasoning. He offered no solutions and practically laughed in my face."
"They gave me the wrong measurements when I went I did a pick up order. The fabric I got to pick up was way too small and I asked for the same size for both fabrics just that one I got in store"
"Really like Joann's and have shopped there for many years. The employees are nice and helpful but there is not enough employees to do do all the maintenance needed to keep the prices/sale prices listed on the shelf tags up to date."
"I love Joann’s fabric I come here for all my fabric and craft supplies. They have a huge selection of fabrics to choose from and they are constantly restocking with new and unique fabric. Additionally they have a good selection of holiday items right at the front for every occasion so it’s great for holiday shopping. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Cutting fabric is quick and there is usually little to no wait. I will always come here and shop for fabric for all my crafts"
"Large selection of fabric, it may seem there's a lot of ribbon but the selection is actually not that great. Lot's of aolid colors and not much print ribbon. I was a little disappointed on the selection. Lot's of activities and various hobby materials. I do really like the coupons and how we can stack up some of them. Also, additional discount for certain groups such as: teachers, military and more. I'm not a huge fan on the home decor."
