"Definitely great place and the customer service was awesome! I had to get a storage unit but I wasn’t in El Paso yet so my mom had to do it for me, the manager and assistant were all super helpful and completed the rental contract while I was on the phone with my mom. Provided all needed information and explained all charges throughly."

"Extra Space Storage made it so easy to rent a storage unit. The descriptions online helped us to choose the right size for us. I was able to choose the size, unit, and sign up all online. This made it so quick, easy, and efficient for us. We needed a quick solution while we were looking for a house and Extra Space Storage provided that for us. The unit was clean and lock was provided. Once we purchased our home, Virginia was so helpful to assist me with ending our rental agreement. She took care of everything and it was just as easy as signing up. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage either online or in person."
"I have been renting for almost 2 years now, have not had any issues. I paid extra to get the insulated indoor unit to make sure my belongings stayed in great condition while I traveled for work. I went down a couple weeks ago to check on my unit and there was mouse poop EVERYWHERE. I do not store food in my unit, never have. I would double check your units if you too rent from here. Very dissatisfied and having to throw away a lot of my belongings. 9/5- found 2 mice in my storage unit while moving everything out. Office claims they have pest control and have never had this issue before. Be cautious before renting here."
