My experience booking the appointment and creating my new client profile with their CSRs was fabulous and stress free. My technician today, Cameron, was such a gentlemen and really got to know me and my pet. He kept me updated on wait times, answered all my questions and was such a joy to work with. Dr. Ballinger was also incredible. He made me and my dog feel comfortable the whole time, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and chat with me. He was very professional and completely transparent with me the whole time. I live in Amarillo but the small extra drive to Canyon was 10000% worth it for this lovely and quality care. I’ve only gone for a preventative appointment but I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, stress free and welcoming place to bring their pet!"

They quickly got a game plan together and explained her care to me in words I understood. They were so incredible with her.
