"I am an asylum seeker, and my friend recommended Mr. Muller to me. I initially spoke with Mr. Muller on the phone, and everything seemed fine. However, he failed to take action, leaving me waiting for 47 days. I adhered to the agreed-upon payment schedule, having paid $1000 upfront. Unfortunately, after this considerable wait, I lost trust in him and decided to terminate our agreement. Despite his claim of preparing my papers, there is no evidence to support it. He neither sent me any documents nor responded to my current lawyer's request for them. Despite explaining my financial situation, he refused to refund my money.
