"I hired this company to replace and paint siding on 2 sides of my home. I paid 50% of the agreed amount before the work began. After removing the siding on one side, I was told they needed more money to reinforce the structure before hanging additional siding. This should have been included in the original contract and was result of poor planning on their part. However, in my compassion, I wrote another check. They reinforced one side and removed the siding from the other side of the home. This was on a Friday and then they left it all exposed without covering for the weekend. It started pouring Saturday. After Mr. Zepeda's excuses for not coming to cover the 2 sides (you could see everything in my attic from the street), I had to hire a 3rd party just to cover it up to protect it from the rain! It rained all weekend. Mr. Zepeda also left all the plywood out, sitting in water, which was supposed to be hung under the siding. When I told Mr. Zepeda that I wanted my house to dry out before he began on Monday, he said he would have to start on other jobs and didn't know when he'd be able to be back. Mr. Zepeda owes me money for work he didn't complete. We hired another company to complete the job."
