"I would not recommend this hospital. I rarely leave reviews but my time here was so awful, I have to share how disgusting this place truly is. The lack of care and concern I experienced makes me question the healthcare field. There were some nurses that truly seemed to care about their jobs and the patients. The doctors were seldom seen and slow to respond. Any action took hours. There was no sense of urgency even when someone was dying. After being told my fiancés nurse was with a much sicker patient that day, he basically died that night. Case managers and patient advocates are only there to CYA for the hospital. Please go elsewhere. It will save your life. Update..Case management does not call you back. The patient advocate will take your complaint and send it to hospital leadership where they will essentially check a box that they spoke to you and file it away."

"My experience at this hospital has been great. The care I have received this far has been 5 star! The bedside manner of my nurses and Michelle, my respiratory therapist, has been stellar! My doctors have been very caring, attentive, & thorough. I have been sick for 2 weeks beginning with the flu, but my lungs just aren't clearing up. They have been very thorough in the investigation of what's going on. Dr's Schmidt, Gomez, Coco. Thank you all! Oh, and the food is amazing!"

"Cannot say enough about this Hospital and the staff. My husband had a total knee replacement with Dr Hohman. Surgery was quick and easy and not as painful as he had thought, guess that's thanks to Dr Hohman and his staff. The staff on 6E was extremely nice and always there to help. Emily and Kevin his nurse's are amazing and a true asset to the hospital. It's employees like them that make recovery so easy, we can't thank them enough for all they did for him during his recovery. From check in with Brad and Hannah who escorted to him the room after check in. Kyle in PT was beyond amazing and so patient, great employee. 5 stars to this entire Hospital and staff. "It's was a good accident for me when my first hospital I chose has some mistakes and Medical City was my second choice. Idk what to say but I'm really really appreciate my doctor and the pp who worked from here. They're like an angel to me. Just want to say THANK YOU to doctor Pajoohi, Lisa nurse and Cherrish. They're supper sweet, kindly and helpful to bring a little angle to my family. ❤️"
