"My brother was in Baylor Medical/Roberts Building prior to his demise. His nurse of many was Amanda B. I want her immediate supervisors, whomever they are to know that this young lady was very skillful, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and above all, "professional". I don't mean to imply that she was the only nurse he had but, she was the only one I saw on a regular basis prior to his transition to Glory. Amanda could not have done anymore or been anymore cordial, and helpful to any of her family members as she was with my brother. I want her to know that her efforts were and still are appreciated. He could not have had a better caregiver period! Amanda represents every attribute that a good nurse should and Baylor should be proud to have young nurses in their employ who are as diligent as Amanda. I don't know what protocol is there but, I'd appreciate it if you would give Amanda B. a copy of this note. I think that people need to be told when they have exceeded expectations in a good way and, they need to know while they are still around to hear them. Once we are no longer here, it's too late to hear the kind words from patient's families. Thank you. Ms. Joi Cross, Sister Deric A. Cross, Nephew"

"After surgery my Mother was on the 16th floor and I can not say enough about the outstanding care the tech and nurses gave to my Mother. Sweetest and skill nursing staff I have ever encounter. They were the best. Excellent care would give them 10 stars if they had it"

"Nurses were great very kind and helpful. Dr Ellison on the other hand is a real piece of work. My girl was there to get issues with her esophagus fixed. Put her on a liquid only diet which I understand cause she has trouble swallowing. But prescribes oral medication when she can’t swallow. Makes no sense. He pushed out her 3rd treatment for a week and told her she can’t go home she has to sit there and wait for an entire week. She has a 19month old that she needs to take care of. He treats he like an inconvenience and not a human being. Results from her Biopsy she got a week ago still haven’t come in. At this point she needs to go home but if she does they will cancel her next treatment if she leaves. He is very unprofessional and uncaring. One would think to be a doctor you should have good people skills and be caring. They also do not communicate between doctors at all"

"Here because for some reason my town doesn't have a GI surgeon that my insurance take. Doctors are good but, good lord do they require the nurses to not have a personality? It's taken 3 days for them to figure out no one started my home meds back up. I don't tbh I sick of being here."
